Why does Dennis Allen speak and act like CSP?

It’s very strange that he imitates CSP’s every mannerisms and even tries to sound like him.

He doesn’t call plays like CSP. He’s a sit on the lead play caller.

Spent a lot of time around him is my guess. Easy to mimic the boss to gain favor like Andy in The Office

The fact that he tried to copy everything Payton does is so cringe. Even chews the juicy fruit gum like him.
