He definitely did not go to sleep, though that does not mean he didn't have a concussion. He did favor his right shoulder/collar bone while on the ground though

This. I thought shoulder too. But if he did take a nap that explains the lack of replay. The NFL is not showing a KO.
If it were shoulder they’d have every angle.
