There are hundreds of assistant coaches across the league and 32 jobs. Being a head coach once basically guarantees you stay in the league for life. This is such a dumb take.

this is what i was afraid of.
we shoulda fired DA and just promoted the janitor of the locker room as a placeholder
UNTIL
we had multiple top 5 picks and huge draft picks lined up. then go get us a real coach.
the issue with that is we cannot trust Loomis in any draft by himself.
so we are royally screwed either way it appears.
we hired this young up and comer for what? he is about to be run off.
all for nothing.
