Born and raised in NOLA. Went to the very first Saints game, saw Gilliam run the first K/O back for a TD. Have been a true believer ever since. Now I live in Florida near Tampa. The Bucs are ok, but the SAINTS are "my" team. Before this, lived in Atlanta for 5 years, I only hated the Falcons all the more and loved it every time the Saints kicked them. In fact, I liked it anytime any other team kicked them. Still do.

Before the Saints were born, I loved the Baltimore Colts (Unitas era), the Vikes (Tarkenton), Dallas (Dandy Don Meredith), and Bradshaw's Steelers. Now of all these, I still like the Steelers ok, but never more than the SAINTS. Plus I've grown to despise Dallas, and have little use for the Vikings. So I'm primed for this week's game.

So do I pass inspection?

Not quite. Terry Bradshaw got drafted by the Steelers after the Saints already existed

Born and raised in Louisiana. Third generation Louisianian at that, and this is how I prioritize things in the NFL:

1) Saints
2) If not the Saints then whoever has the most former LSU players
3) Really doesn't matter.

I got this guys, the homeless shelter next to the Niners facility is only 53 minutes away from me. I figure this guy will be the only homeless person there with either a laptop or cell phone.

I should have said I gave up on them until they started winning again. I've got a closet full of two week old crisp Saints gear now. I'm all in, buddy!

My Dad grew up south of Pittsburgh and as a big Steelers fan and tried to get me to become one too, but I was born and raised in Louisiana and have been a Saints fan through the good and the bad. I'll root for the Steelers, but if they play the Saints forget about it.

See, this is what I consider a reasonable fandom scenario.
