My great uncle had a restaurant at the Lucy's location before it was Lucy's. Best roast beef, it's where my granny learned to cook some foods

for agent, yes.
for members, no. Those are usually the owners.
Some saints players may own part of Lucys, but it's pretty obvious that this dude Bruce is the owner/officer of the LLC.
Plus, he's all over the intrawebs as the owner.

Is possible that the ownership is taking on partners to raise capital to open other locations, but claiming ownership of tchoup location is a bit of a reach.
