Can you pay someone to interview, or give a little incentive? Like put him up the weekend downtown, and give him final four tickets? That would be sweet. I would hate to be the guy they interviewed, but I would def do it if they could kick back something.

Am I correct in thinking its just an interview? Then they pick who would fit the team the best? Or best resume? If you do the interview you ain't gotta hire that person unless they have a better resume and would fit the needs of the team. Who would have a better resume then parcells? There ya go problem solved I would hope.
