This is the biggest game of his coaching career. If he’s discussing the job with the saints during the week of the super bowl then he doesn’t need to be the guy. You just don’t do that type of shite.

Why? What does it hurt to take a little of the absurd amount of time preparing for the Super Bowl to interview for a better job?

What's the difference between this week and last week? or the the week before that?

Yea, potential HC's do that every year. Don't let Kliff Kingsbury's chivalry fool you. He turned down interviews during Washington's run simply because he has not intention to leave the safety of Jayden Daniels.

There is a dead period for HC interviews from 2/3 through 2/10. The Saints cannot talk to Moore while he’s in town

He can’t do anything next week.

Potential head coaches coaching in the Super Bowl do not do that. At all!

The Eagles had both of their coordinators interview for and take head coaching jobs during the week before the Superbowl literally two years ago.

You cannot agree or sign a contract until after the Superbowl.

McCarthy still comes in later this week. Regardless of who the next coach is, if prob won’t be announced til after the SB

He could literally have dinner with Loomis and Lauscha if he chose to do so. That's not considered a coaching interview.

I’m not talking about right now. This is all directed at the comment he can do it when he comes down for the Super Bowl. I have no issue nor is there an issue with him interviewing the day after their game.

You literally made this up. Gannon interviewed the Monday after the Super Bowl. And link to Gannon interview process. The cardinals did contact Gannon by phone during the week of the Super Bowl which led to tampering allegations and an entire shitt storm. Coaches can’t and shouldn’t do this

One would expect it to be Lauscha, Loomis, and Khai

Ireland and scouting people are likely at Senior Bowl.
