2011 or 2018?

2011. The 2018 team was complete but I don’t think we were playing our best at the end of the season.
2006 (year we lost to the Bears in the NFCCG) is up there with the SB season bc it was probably my most fun season bc we were a rising team without the burden of heavy expectations.

2018 was a much better team. They could score at will.

Before Roger Goodell robbed the organization

Hell I liked the 2017 team. No one expected that team to be that good. IMO the “Minneapolis Miracle” hurts more than the “No Call”.

Probably 2018
The young players like Lattimore, MT, Alvin, etc made that team so much fun

Remove RG from the equation with no bountygate and the Saints have at least 3 Superbowls.

2011, particularly that last record-breaking game against Carolina.
However, when the Saints played the Bills in 2017, it might be the most entertaining/dominating/re-watchable game of the Kamara era. 6 rushing TDs from 4 different players, in a 47-10 win. An 80s ground-game throwback with never-ending gut-punches. One scoring drive was 10 runs, with no passes.
Condensed Saints-Bills 2017 game: 60 min version

I really enjoyed the 1996 Saints season. DC Jim Haslett and defensive backfield coach James L. "Jimmy" Mora fielded a unit highlighted by former Eagles great Eric Allen, Greg "The Quiet Storm" Jackson, and of course rookie cornerback Alex Molden. Winfred Tubbs anchored the middle of the trend-setting "4-3" scheme.
Week one saw the Saints travel to San Francisco for an imbroglio with the 49ers in which the black-and-gold scored an improbable 11 points. The rest of the season unfolded in similarly inspiring fashion, with Rick Venturi stepping in to spell HC Jim Mora (who clearly had nothing left to prove) late in the season.
December 15th saw the Saints traveling to Manhattan (I think), where they defeated the Giants for what was probably Venturi's only win in his numerous college and pro head coaching assignments. The Times-Picayune greeted us Monday morning with the unforgettable headline, "V for Venturi," underscored by a picture of the coach slapping five with super-athlete defensive back Mark McMillian.

2011 was a better team because Drew was in his prime. 2018 was special because Ingram, Kamara, Mike. Those guys were having so much fun as we demolished teams. The way choppa style organically started from them just having fun as we beat the shite out of the eagles was special.

2011 was the greatest Saints team ever. The insane playoff loss against loss against the 49ers was the toughest loss I have ever endured. We win that game we play the NY Giants in the next round & we had already blown them out earlier in the year.

We weren’t beating Philly in Philly the next week in the NFC Championship game

The No Call was in the NFC Championship game. That makes it worse.
