I know he’s young but he’s a winner and could really open the offense up. If we don’t get him someone else definitely will

I think he would be good. But we have minimal talent and minimal money. Expect to be bad for a few years.

He has shown to be good with a good QB. I don't think we have a good QB.

He's the offensive coordinator for one of the best offenses in the league and has experience at multiple stops in Louisiana.

Would be cool, but I personally would like to see more of a CEO hire with the situation we are in, instead of a head coach as a play caller. We have a lot deeper issues than offensive play calling that I don't know if a first year head coach could fix.

He's succeeding right now because he has a full back who is also a very good QB and can be a nightmare of a running threat because of his size. I think we pass. We have a bigger problem looming on the defense....really I think that we have problems all around.

Hire Joe Brady and draft Nussmeier. Let Carr start 1-2 more years. Dont throw a young QB into the fire immediately like other franchises.

As long as ML is GM you could hire Vince Lombardi and it won`t matter.
