I wonder what Drew was telling Jared Cook on the sideline after failing to connect on the last play where it seemed like they weren't on the same page?

When the corner blitzes, you check to the hot route.. which is a go on that play

Romo nailed it during the broadcast. Him and Nantz didn't have their best day but he was all over this play

Seemed like a pep talk to help Cook over his frustration.

Probably that he should know the fricking playbook by now.

Dude runs the wrong route all the damn time

He'll have it in the film and meeting rooms this week.

Cook has been a huge flop this year. It is doubly bad for me because I have him on my fantasy team.

I was right behind the Saints bench yesterday. Cook stormed off the field, threw his helmet, blew Brees off when Brees tried to talked to him. The whole offense’s body language was shitty on the sideline, actually

Cook had been acting like a baby on the the field and sideline, which isn’t what you want from a more veteran presence on the field.

The boys langue from the offense was noticeable on the broadcast as well

I took a shot every time Romo said "Mahomes magic" and I'm fricking regretting it today at work.

Yes he will.

I think his contract is up after this year. May be time to see what Trautman can do as a starter.

I think Cook is a very talented TE.
I was excited about getting him.

His issues aren’t with physical talent.

For a downright ELITE athlete and physical talent, you point out a clear thought that there's a reason he's on his 5th team in his 12 year career.

It's because he surely seems to lose focus in game time

Cook didn't accept Drew's constructive criticism too well when he pointed this out to him.

I think Cook has had one too many concussions and shows an amount of apprehension in his on the field play.

He may need to retire at season's end.

Trautman has comfortably out snapped Cook the last 7 games

Nothing compares to the tongue lashing Brees gave Shockey back in the day.
