What is with the cynicism of LSU players?

They hate on LSU. LSU is the NFL’s top donor of talent, more than any other University. Most of the people being contrarian have never finish high school let along any college. They see the Bright Purple and Gold and are intimidated by The status that LSU holds in this state.

They’d rather ride the Bama jock because they identify with them more, same short values, same loser mentality, and identify with the short cuts which have caused them to be where they are today. They had their orange shirts on monday and they choked on it..

So they must continue the good fight and ride the next best thing that comes up, as long as it is not Bright Purple and Gold. Good luck with that....

It's an overcorrection from people suggesting LSU players.

Because picking a player based on school is stupid and any GM that bases his pick on school should be fired.

If LSU guys fall to us then sure take them if they are good players. I dont care where they come from.

The OP says we are no dynasty but says it in a way that infers we are suffering do to lack of LSU talent which is absurd.

I’d love some LSU players on the Saints roster. Give me Devin White or Debo Jones any day.

But don’t tell me that we should trade away the best WR in the game and three years worth of draft picks for a rookie QB, or that Thad Moss is Jimmy Graham, or that we have to take CEH with our third pick when RB is one of the last things we need on the team.

It has nothing to do with LSU and everything to do with stupid ideas “because LSU”.

LSU talent is all over and playing well.

Everybody is diving into this LSU talent except New Orleans. It’s time.

It’s because we don’t need 10 threads for every draft eligible player. I know LSU fans are the vast majority, but no other posters spam the board with threads about their players.

There’s a thread arguing Thad Moss is going to be a top 5 TE, and most LSU fans didn’t even think he would contribute before the season.
