What happened to Emmanuel Butler?

I know he’s stashed on the practice squad, but there was a time during training camp where Strief was calling him Michael Thomas Jr.

Couldnt catch in actual games, and if he's still on the PS, it's probably telling he hasn't been activated with our lack of a #2 receiver and Smith's injury.

A caller asked about this on wwl prior to the game Sunday. They said he's dealing with an injury, but didn't sound too confident about the information. The time he missed in camp really hurt his development. He's worth stashing until next season.
