You are kind of circling around “blacks are more athletic but just as smart. They are superior” but I’m curious as to why you won’t just say it when everything you are arguing is based on that

Never even hinted at that. But take the 4 guys I previously mentioned and tell me what makes them these brilliant tacticians and leader of men?
My point was minority coaches should be getting the same opportunities, even if they end up shitting the bed like plenty of white coaches are doing.

Teams are going to hire the coach that gives them the best chance to win. Period.
They wouldn’t draft black players at a 50-70% clip over white players if this weren’t the case

We have actual proof that we can see on the field that it's the case. I say "in general" because we do have the Kupp's and McCaffrey out there, but ate you telling me that black coaches aren't as smart as white coaches, something you really can't prove?
Plus, the point with bringing up 70% of the players is if they have representation there, there's no reason they can't have representation at the highest level.
But apparently they aren't suited for that.

Management / ownership incentivizing the head coach to lose games should be a huge deal if it can be proven. The NFL should come down hard on the Dolphins.

Well, just like white cornerbacks, they’ve been selected out of the population.
We either believe that teams will do whatever it takes to win which selects for the best candidates both players or otherwise, or not.
Or you believe that that blacks are super people, like you suggest (through your arguments, not explicitly)

Correction: perceived chance to win. Plenty of white coaches have been hired with no previous experience that have absolutely bombed, they get fired, whatever. But discuss hiring a minority coach and "you can't take that kind of chance, take the best candidate".
I bet being a black coach is like trying to get a credit card. You need credit to get one, but...

Do you really think the risk in bringing in a player for, at the minimum, a try out, is the same as hiring your head coach? If a player is as athletic as the rest of them, they will get the opportunity. Especially a white player.

I’ll say this. If blacks are superior physical specimens AND equally capable tacticians that makes the run white people are on historically the single greatest underdog story in human history. What a fricking choke job by the blacks!!

Don’t you think we could look at things like average IQ, literacy rates, and aptitude tests to get a population to support the argument that blacks aren’t as suited as whites for that type of position?
You’d agree that blacks generally score better at athletic testing such as the combine?
Since your position is that black people are more athletic than whites, therefore, it is proper for them to hold 50-70% of the roster positions in the NFL
