Carmichael is absolute shite at playcalling. That last sequence was derailed by trying to run Ingram wide. Loses 5 yards on first down causing an obvious pass play on 2nd and 15. You cannot run Ingram wide. He is a between the tackles runner where he gets lost behind the linemen and gets through seams.
It’s just idiotic.
