Disappointing news, lads as our Saints are tied for first place with the Buccaneers and a Jaguars win could conceivably have us locking up the NFC South as soon as Week 17.

I don’t see us beating the Rams this week.

Season is over if you don't win this week and Tampa does.

Given the way he played last night, this might be an improvement for Jax.

If Bucs beat Jags and Saints lose to Rams, All bucs have to do is beat Carolina last week of year, nothing else would matter.

Saints would still be alive for WC at 9-8, right?

Division race is. 9-8 could still get the final wild card spot. The 7-7 Vikings hold it now, but they still play the Lions twice.

Not true. Seattle would have to lose to get to 8-9 for us to get in though. as stated above, MN would also have to be 8-9

If we lose to the Rams, I believe every WC team (MIN, GB, LAR, ATL) would own the tiebreaker over us if they finish with the same record as us. Thursday's game is absolutely the biggest game of the season.

Rams would hold a one game lead with 2 to play and the h2h tiebreaker (and other tiebreakers)...with a game against Giants remaining and the 49ers which will likely have the 49ers resting players.

ETA I see the Vikings have a tough finish. Guess they could lose out possibly.

The good news is that this game is huge for Jacksonville and T Law isn't the type of guy who sits out. I'm fairly confident he'll play.

Players in the concussion protocol do not chose if they play or not.

W Titans 5-9
W Panthers 2-12
L Packers 6-8
L Buccaneers 7-7
W Patriots 3-11
L Texans 8-6
L Jaguars 8-6
W Colts 8-6
W Bears 5-9
L Viking 7-7
L falcons 6-8
L Lions 10-4
W Panthers 2-12
W Giants 5-9

How absolutely pathetic is this. We beat one team with a winning record. Three of our wins were against back-up QBs. And we’ve lost to five teams that are .500 or below.

Parity, idiot. What was Detroit’s record last year?

Titans - tough team
Packers - tough, beat Chiefs
Bears playing well lately, beat Detroit
Vikings are tough with Dobbs
Bucs also playing well with Baker

Rams have beat 2 teams with winning records
GB has beat 2 teams with winning records
Vikings have beat 1 team with a winning record
Falcons have beat 1 team with a winning record

You're still cheering on mediocrity, huh? Good for you I guess.

Meanwhile I hope the Bucs take care of business with Wonder Woman sitting on the sidelines. This Saints team needs to tank in order to hopefully force management's hands into dismantling this bad coaching staff. I doubt they will even if we lose out, but still it's the only way to have any hope in doing so.

you're that poster that often has good takes but delivers them in absolute asinine ways that make people not want to agree with you. You're worse than ChadBoi but not quite Lester Earl status.
