Do you have any thoughts on Hansen? I know we spent a 2nd on Baun, but I’m not sure he’s better than 2-3 linebackers we ended up cutting.
Sorenson is also a wasted spot. I’d honestly rather have Merrit on the team as a backup kick returner for the 8 games a year Deonte is injured.

Don’t understand Hansen at all - he earned a spot. Especially over Dowell.

The only reason Baun & Dowell made the team is bc they're both very good on special teams.
I doubt the coaches actually think either of them is a better LB than Hansen though.
I'd be surprised if 1 of Hansen, Eric Wilson, or Bostic doesn't eventually end up on the 53 man roster. Personally, I like Eric Wilson the most out of those 3.

We go through this every year. Wilson and Bostic are vested vets, so their salary is guaranteed if they are on the week 1 roster. One of them will be back on the active roster by week 2

makes sense... seems like it's gonna be Wilson, and rightfully so...

Bostic isn't an option anymore. He ended up re-signing with the Redskins.
