I understand. Its just hard for me to call anyone a bust after 1 year. Regardless of play. Still i think he probaby regresses a bit. At the very least, we can call it a tie lol.
Still, short term NO is probably Suhs best bet. Long term id probably give it to LA under the assumption Goff plays at a reasonable level.

Titans are a playoff team too in a weak division.
Zoltan mostly addressed the Saints/Rams game, except the fact that Harris almost singlehandedly gave up all the first half points and yards before being benched near the end of the half.
But on Tenn, they barely made the playoffs (9-7), barely beat the Chiefs, and got smoked by the Pats. Meanwhile Jax beat one of the only two actual dominant teams in the AFC (Pit) and barely lost to the Pats in the AFC championship game.
So Jax aside, they also didn't have Luck playing all year, and barely had Watson playing. This year that division will be vastly different, and Jax at the moment is clearly still the best team being built to win with defense and the run game.

when Suh left Detroit, he was looking to get paid. The Dolphins did that so maybe money isn't his main concern.
I'd be happy to have to him but if it doesn't go our way... oh well.

here is another thought. wade phillips usually does great his first year with a team then falls off. not that we have a great track record on defense but I think we are heading in the right direction

Oh boy
I’d love to argue with you but you are some kind of delusional

If you don't think Watson and Luck will vastly improve their teams then I don't know what to tell you.
Watson was 3-3 as a starter, but if you look at the scores of those games it was the defense that was giving up too many points. The offense put up 13, 33, 57, 34, 33, and 38 with Watson (the 13 point game being a win).
After he went down they had ONE game over 16 points on offense.
And as long as Luck returns healthy he vastly improves the Colts offense. Whether the defense will be up to the task is another question, but the offense will be vastly better with Luck.
So I don't really see where I'm being delusional. Tenn didn't win the division and the other two that didn't were playing some pretty awful QBs.

I’m not even talking about their future, though you are underrating the Titans personnel. It’s better than HOU and IND
I’m talking about the spin job on the rams game and titans season
Imagine there’s a Bill’s fan on another message board discounting the Saints reg season thumping or someone discounting the Saints season bc they sqeauked out a playoff win but lost in the divisional round
I mean cmon. This is what decides games in the NFL and how seasons are defined.

Oh their defense kicked our offenses arse. But the fact is that Harris did give up pretty much everything the Rams offense had in the first half. Go back and watch if you don't believe me. The game became much more competitive after he got benched (and then was even demoted to the PS after that).
Depsite the defensive beatdown they put on us we did manage 20 points and only lost by 6, and that was after Harris spotted them 17 points in the first half (I forget the rest of the D actual held them to a FG on one of those Harris specials).
On the Titans themselves, I'm not saying they had a bad season or a bad team. I'm saying it was proven they weren't good enough to hang with the Pats or Steelers, meanwhile the Jags clearly were.
So my main point of that was the Jags, until proven otherwise, are still clearly the best team in that division, and the other two teams are getting really good starting QBs back.
Watson threw 18 TDs in 6.5 games (plus the rushing TDs). If he kept that pace he would have about 40 TDs passing as a rookie. That would have been insane.
And we all know what a healthy Luck can do. The question is will he be able to get back to that point.
So to say that division is weak seems like something someone would say just looking at last year's records while ignoring everything else. That could be one of the most competitive divisions top to bottom this year.

both defenses were impressive on 3rd down thAT game. Almost the same actually.
the main difference in that game was the time of possession I thought. Kamara's long TD run came late in the 1st quarter on like a 2nd or 1st down play. Our defense stopped the Rams on the next drive and then the offense stalled on a 3rd-and-short on a pass after we had run the ball well right before it.
the Rams did not whoop us that game. If anything.. they left the door open late in the game. Tacky play calling and Sammy Watkins batting a pass right into the hands of one our DB's for an interception.
Okafor also did not play in that game and had been a great add to our defense up to that point.
I melted harder that game than any other last year cause I felt like we were better. It was a lot like the Carolina game the year before (in Carolina on TNF) were I felt like we let one get away.
we sit here and make fun of Jeff Fisher and the Rams a lot but our history with them is polarizing. That lame duck mother fricker probably got more leverage with the Rams front office after their upset win in 2011.
Disgusting.

He's underrated for his manipulation skills. Folks we're trippin out a couple years ago saying he's kickin the can and what-not. Turns out, we're just fine. It's almost like he's well educated on and knows how to do his job.

Just doubled checked the NFLPA database and deals for Alex Okafor, Demario Davis, Patrick Robinson and Jermon Bushrod are not in system as of 8:34 a.m. Tuesday. This number will go down.
Posted on 3/20/18 at 8:41 am to Rand AlThor
So that should be around 10 mil between those 4 players
Posted on 3/20/18 at 8:46 am to BarroldBonds
I'll check back next month when he decides.
Posted on 3/20/18 at 8:51 am to Brettesaurus Rex
Is there a general feeling on when he plans to decide, or are we all guessing?
