Agreed! Win every game we can.
There is no franchise savior in the
draft.

The game against the Rams should be treated like a playoff game. The Saints don’t win the tiebreakers. Need to win out.

I wonder if the NFL will bring in Bill Vinovich to ref the game?

I’m guessing the thought is we can survive a loss to Atl or TB if we beat the Rams.

Division is almost impossible if we lose to Bucs or Atl.

That's a pretty funny thought. To make it even funnier, if Philly slips 1 time (@Sea, NYG, Az, @NYG), the division could still be in play for Dallas so they may have to play to win against Wash

Actually Thursday is not must win for Saints at all. It barely moves our needle. Must win TB and ATL if we lose to LAR tho

Beat LA and you have two paths to the playoffs - division or wildcard - and we control our fortune for both.

Lose to LA and need help and likely only get in through the division.

This.

Several teams in the wildcard hunt that would (likely) hold tiebreakers over the Saints. Most notably Minnesota, LA, and Green Bay. It would take A LOT of teams to poo-poo all over themselves for the Saints to get a WC spot if they lose to LA. Even if that were to happen, the Saints would likely just poo-poo on themselves anyway.

ESPN analytics lists our Thursday night matchup as the most impactful game of the week regarding playoff seeding.

Win this one and we can wrap up the division against TB if Falcons and Bucs lose this week. Both are underdogs. If we lose Thursday then we don’t control our own destiny.

It’s close to a must win now with Seattle winning last night. If Seattle had lost, we could still make the WC pretty easily

Now we really need to focus on winning out

For the WC and beating LA,
- GB would have to lose once and MN would have to lose twice to still get the WC. Need too much help to count on this

Man the NFC is so bad that we can not win our division but still get a 7 seed with a losing record

Everyone in this thread is delusional if they thinks the Saints will beat the rams.

They beat Carolina with like 130 passing yards and a terrible Giants team. A team with a pulse will wreck this team and you’ll see it tomorrow night. Rams are an offense with three legit weapons and Stafford has looked good. Proven when this team can’t just coast on defense against scrubs, they lose.
