Zombie 90% of the posts on this board yesterday were of the “fire everyone, Brees Sucks, trade Payton” etc types. There was very little discussion.

Always is. And that's why I refuse to go into in-game threads. And apparently by all accounts (except his...imagine that) he was one of the guilty ones but now wants to justify it by calling it "discussion".

Whatever. Do what you want. But you'll never see me in there watching the snowflakes melt.

Our offense did something similar last season where we trailed off and became less consistent. We had 3 losses in our last 6 games last year and our offense was sort of meh. Great at times but head scratchingly bad at times.

I think this year’s offense is better but they still have their stretches of being like wtf was that?...sometimes. Also, good offenses can slow down over time due to injuries and teams just overall having more tape on teams. Hell look at the Chiefs and Rams. In back to back weeks, the Rams offense has looked totally meh, barely hanging 30 against the piss poor Lions and then getting man handled by da Bears.

It took the Chiefs having homefield and OT to beat the Ravens, and they’ve seemed off, though that might be because they lost Hunt. Still, they had a tough time today and they also had a tough time the week before the Rams game against the shitty Cardinals. My point is defenses heavily gain an advantage later in the year as teams get more tape and coordinators notice trends and so forth. We aren’t any different

I mostly lurk on Saints Talk but it was pretty embarrassing watching posters melt like the bitches on the Rant. Sure, everybody was uneasy until mid third quarter, but have a little faith in this team and as individuals, maintain some composure.

Buying the hype will make you complacent and vulnerable! That’s what we were on offense! I blame that on coaching! Our D has really been consistently getting better! Our offense is such a rythem based offense! We get in a rythem and get a few first downs; we are dangerous as far as putting pressure on defenses with are sub-packages! I get your concern bu we will be alright!

Offenses across the board have been kind of down the last few weeks, like I said I think everyone is beat up at this point.

Armstead needs to get his arse healthy, bushrod filled in admirably but on borrowed time now.
