Nothing will change with the current front office

This is the correct answer
Fire Moore at the start of year two and bring in who? Nobody wanted the job which is why Moore has it to start with
It’s a dysfunctional organization who doesn’t genuinely care about winning football games. Mickey is never leaving.
They will continue to bring in bad coaches and reach for bad players in the draft and sign bad contracts in free agency.
This isn’t changing until the current regime dies off or sells the team and they move to another city
They may even still win this game. But it’s like I told my buddy the other day. Until this team can get over .500 past the half way point of the season I’m not gonna let them sucker me back in only to get let down again. I’ll still watch but I’m not buying hype anymore. I need proof

You are entirely too kind to rate this team so highly.
