Dude has had so many run-ins with law enforcement, I'm sure no one is willing to hand the keys to their franchise over to him. The last thing a team needs is the face of the franchise getting a DUI again or doing something dumb like interfering with the fire department or assaulting a female.

I’ve said it 100 times to all the people who were championing him on here. He is Pete Carmichael. The guy isn’t an offensive genius. Reid runs that offense. He’s really just an analyst

Belichick and all his minions get jobs with no problem and they are all notorious assholes. None of them get along with the front office. Even Bill has had run ins with Kraft. But it doesn't matter as long as they win.
Vrabel has been arrested for assault and theft. Still got a job. Doesn't matter because he wins.
These excuses only keep certain types of coaches from getting jobs. You guys can use your own brains to figure out which coaches get away with it and which ones get held accountable for it.

Flores got his job because of Belichick just like all the other guys in that coaching tree. Its pretty much been proven the Belichick connection gets you a job regardless of any other strikes against you. Even if you've been a terrible head coach once before you can get a second chance.
