Here's the correct stat: the starting offense had scored on 15 straight possessions to start the season prior to Carr's INT.

All I can think of that OP misheard is the saints scored on 9 straight possessions to start the game last week + 6 straight possessions to start the game this week = 15.

ETA then again that prob wasn’t the starting offense in for those last 2 drives so that statement is right in that case.
