Roger has spoken. Saints were up 21 when they had one penalty. They have 4 for 70 yards now, including one phantom call that nullified a change of possession.

IMHO it has something to do with Rich McKay's offices that he holds with both the NFL Front Office and the Atlanta Falcons' Front Office.
