Hopefully this forces Willie Snead and Brees to get back in rythm. Would be huge for the playoffs.

Goes to show you we need to get another young WR that can take the top off. Not sure how much we will stretch the field today.

what happened to cause this?

he isn't injured, is he?

I don't seem to remember him on any injury reports... but I'm getting old so my memory may not be the same

Dude look like he lost his breath and took a shot against Atlanta. I think he would have caught the game winner had he been able. Josh hill wasn’t athletic enough to but that’s the only play call Payton had I guess

When I saw the game I guessed he has cracked ribs.

I’ve been hit like that plent of times. He probably couldn’t run or move his arms at all for a few days after. Probably holding him till next game

I’d like to see Austin Carr active.

Let the ribs heal. Another week for Ginn will be good.

Agree %1000000. Smart move to rest him this week. Even if he’s %90. We need everyone after this week

That sucks, too. I had a dream last night Brees faked the swing to AK and hit Ginn deep on the first play of the game.

If he is your best available option then you don’t have a chance in hell in winning

IMHO, Ginn is out for the season with cracked or a broken rib.

Lots of times WRs will play with a broken rib. They are there to be a decoy because a guy with a broken rib can't play anything near what he can when healthy.

I stand by my humble yet pessimistic opinion on the severity of Ginn's injury, whether they put him on the field or not.
