If falling down is a penalty then yes it was a good call

I didn't say it was a good call. I said they got called for it.

Accidental. Still against the rules (which I disagree with because it's like incidental tripping or incidental facemask).

No you were trying to say we were intentionally cut blocking in the preseason like they were, because that is what you were responding to.

If not you're bringing up bullshite to bring up bullshite.

And stupid how our accidental one got called and their intentional one didn't.

1.) there is a MASSIVE difference between a cut block and a chop block. Learn the difference. One is dirty and the other is a clean block

2.) every team cut blocks. When taught properly it can be one of the safer and more effective blocks on the field. How do you teach it properly? By using it in live action. Get off your high horse.

ETA injuries in preseason suck and it sucks that he got hurt. It happens to every team. Hopefully it's not serious

It seemed as if the guy was knocking the 2015 draft class... It has just been a case of bad luck so far. Plenty of time for redemption.

Is there really no news on this guy yet?

Rumor is that it's a high ankle sprain, but it's completely unsubstantiated.

Nope. We have a tight-lipped coach and media that has no insider sources.

any block below the waist is now a penalty. Might want to brush up on some of the other rules changes too.

#Saints Coach Sean Payton: On Anthony, we'll have him back sooner rather than later, not as serious as they originally thought.

Adam Schefter on Twitter: "Saints LB Stephone Anthony, who suffered leg injury last week, could miss couple weeks but "absolutely" expected back by opener, per source."

Thank the Lord we dodged a bullet there. Sucks about rankins though.
