Here we go again. Man, I was actually trying to get along with you all this time. Don't know what I was thinking.

I don't know what you guys were talking about, and I don't care. I just like calling you that.

Not very hard, it seems.

You came here to debate your eye test (which is subjective); and then when people don't see what you see PLUS they offer objective statistics, you just say "Well, la la la, I'm right. I always see things others don't see."

I think the stats show that Lewis was playing GREAT coverage and was on his man the entire game. If he was playing so far off his receivers where they were "running free", he would have given up a lot more YAC

I have statistics and facts to backup my arguments. All you have is what you foolishly believe to be a better eye than everyone else

Losing Sproles and Moore is, what, 140 catches or so per season, on average?
What maybe 2-3 years ago, both dropped off big time last year and the Saints did fine. I wouldn't go hitting that panic button just yet.

I love the ones who act like the players we have lost were big contributors the last year or two.

Moore and Sproles played 39% and 32% of the total snaps while missing 3 games and 1 game respectively(which puts Moore's snaps per game(34) even higher than Sproles'(24)).

In nearly every single category Sproles' production has dropped off.

This was Moore's lowest reception and yards totals, and tied for his lowest TD total, since his first year starting here minus his 7 game 2009 season.

Both are getting older and slowing down and, while still productive, were not worth the price.

So, we are putting all of our eggs in draft basket hoping to find a WR in the late first round that will make a big impact in their rookie year?

Ok.

And, I'm the imbecile?

What is the option?

Was there a signing out there that you thought made sense for the money it took? Or, are you just bitching?

There are still decent wr's destined for June 1 cuts. I think it's still way to early to know what eggs are going in what baskets

Maybe you'd get along better with other posters if you didn't turn yourself into a martyr in each thread you participate in.
