They should have taken Terrace Marshall with one of their early draft picks

you want me to compare pro bowl players to Ty Montgomery, Juwan Johnson and Lil' Jordan?

I get it, some folks disagree but this is dumb.

The Saints have had a top 10 offense every season under Sean Payton. They've had one Pro Bowl & All Pro receiver in that timeframe. It's Michael Thomas. You can stretch it to two by including Jimmy Graham.

How hard is that to understand? No one was asking you to compare the current WR group to Pro Bowlers or All Pros, you idiot. The truth is Payton has found away as head coach, to get the job done with a large cast of receivers who aren't household names.

Run game and control the clock, play solid D…games are still very winnable

Sean Payton is about to start his 16th season as head coach of the Saints yet some fans still don't understand that this is just not how he is built nor have they paid attention this preseason.

Payton has a strong armed QB in Winston. He's going to push the ball downfield more than we've seen over the last few seasons. Winston attacked the seams & deep post relentlessly in the two preseason games. Payton loved that & I guarantee you, it played a huge factor into why Winston won the starting job.

If Calloway, Harris, and Smith play the Saints are fine.

Lean on a top 3 OL, Kamara, Jones and use play action to get Harris going deep on a safety.

Might lose to the Packers but will be fine until Thomas comes back.

Been a little preoccupied the last week but did I miss something? I can’t find anywhere else saying this

No I just assumed he was suspended after all that shite that happened a couple months ago. But after looking it up online it looks like they did not suspend him thankfully. So my apologies on that.

That being said I’m still not happy with our CB depth. IF Paulson Adebo turns out to be solid, that will change my opinion.

It's hard to keep all positions deep and effective with roster management in the NFL. It is a weakness, but I would rather be thin at WR as opposed to OL or DL. Hopefully a few guys step up this year and if not, perhaps we'll find new talent next off-season.

This was always going to be rough with the cap situation.

He might end up getting suspended but, for one game at most, if so. Until the legal process is wrapped up, he’ll be able to play.

CSP isn’t the only HC that does this. Theres another fairly decent Head Coach that has consistently done this as well. Billy Belichick in NE has never put a lot of resources towards WR & it’s worked out pretty well for the Pats, yea?

Callaway through 2 games...3 receptions for 22 yards.

Our receiving corps is embarrassing.
