no, the Oilers logos are owned by Bud Adams, the owner of the Titans and they have worn the oilers uniforms recently.

technically, yes because the Texans have never changed their uniforms...although I cannot recall if they used the red jersey their first year in the league as an alt.

The Titans only wore the Oilers unis as part of the AFL 50th anniversary celebration several seasons ago (2009 IIRC). They wore them like 2 or 3 times that season (including against the NY Jets who were in the Titans of NY unis)... but that's it.
