If you don’t see it, remove your bias from Denver and just imagine he’s a rookie.

Just because he isn’t a big star name, doesn’t mean he isn’t capable. He’s improving.

I thought the season was over when Jameis went down, but we can still play with anybody.

We’ve got a chance.

Edit: Corrected the spelling.

Your post would carry more weight if you could bother to spell his name correctly. It’s really not that hard.

This is 2 weeks in a row he’s led us back to take the lead (ATL) and almost tie (today) if it wasn’t for Trautman.. he has exceeded my expectations and is keeping us on the right track since Winston went down. Unfortunately we have an inept WR core and riddled with injuries to help him out.

Zero chance he's our starting QB next year so he can improve all he wants. I wish him well on his efforts to "re-establish himself as a starter in this league" as one of the announcers said today... just as long as he does it someplace else.

He'll earn a spot as some team's Matt Flynn and earn more money in the next 3 years than most of us will see in a lifetime.

Potential is a helluva drug. His complete brain malfunction at the end of the first half possibly cost his team three points (yes, I realize that wasn’t a given with the PK, but the point remains). Shocking that a vet would melt down like that.

He’s the perfect backup QB who can spot start & give you a chance

Backup Qb a.k.a. the greatest job in the world.

Great! I sincerely hope so. I'm in favor of every American making as much money as humanly possible. But when it comes to the teams I root for, I'm pretty ruthless. He's a fine backup, but he's not going to be a starter in New Orleans next season.

I dont watch the games anymore or pay attentuon but I do read this board and this is a poor take. He is not a rookie. He was drafted in 2015. This is his peak if not the beginning of his decline.

Fans' sunshine pumping is amusing.

Siemian would make a great backup and that’s literally it. Granted our skill players around him blow but he’s not that dude and never will be. Still, he’ll have a very long career in the nfl

Nope. Vanna White has the greatest job in the world. She doesn't even have to turn the letters anymore.

I agree, but he needs to start performing in the first 3 quarters of the game to have my attention

As a casual observer, he looks serviceable.

Half the posts in this thread imply a solid backup QB isn't needed, ignoring 3 straight years of major QB injuries.
