Consider this:

In 2016, Graham's stats:
65 receptions, 95 targets (68.4 completion%), 923 yards, 14.2 AVG, 6 RDs
Of those 65 receptions, 45 went for first downs.

In 2017, Graham's stats:
57 receptions, 98 targets (58.2 completion%), 520 yards, 9.12 AVG, 10 TDs
Of those 57 targets, 32 went for first downs.

So 77 1st downs on 122 receptions, 63.1% of his catches converted 3rd downs.

Sounds like someone we could use.
