my whole stance is that is he really THAT much better than what Rattler can possibly give you

If Rattler got another year at South Carolina he'd have been drafted ahead of Shough this year.

Moore is going to be a major bust as a head coach. Guy has proven literally nothing.

Saints simply picked the one OC left that wasn’t a previous bust as a head coach.

People will then excuse it by saying he took over a shite team.

So his inexperienced dumbass decides to waste this pick, thus he should be tied to it and fired if the kid is a disaster.

Two years for KM is what he should get max if Shough and this team bomb and maintain mediocrity.

You’re so annoying.

OF COURSE he is going to start. Are you stupid? Or did you just start this thread so you could act so high and mighty and argue for 4 pages.

Major improvement from 27 onward is almost unheard of. It's very, very rare. A complete outlier scenario.

If you can’t objectively see that QBs anywhere outside of the top half of the first round have the single lowest odds of success of all positions in the NFL than perhaps you shouldn’t be commenting on the matter, or you should watch more football.

very likely....

IMO, once they missed on Dart, selecting a QB in this draft should have been out the window for us... b/c there's no one left on the board that gives you much more than what Rattler can give you anyway... so focus on other positions, almost ANY other position at this point, and make the team better in other areas, take your lumps next season, then get your QB in the next draft when there are better QBs available compared to this year

It’s not as much about his age. It’s about whether we as a fan base trust Kellen Moore.

This was his pick his guy. If you wanna reconsider the Moore hire fine.

But we gotta ride or die with Moore imho.

That was not the extent of the question.

Can we all agree that we hope he kills it?
Can we also all agree that if he doesn’t show major promise in year one, we will be forced to use our #1 on another QB?

Thats all he’s saying.

the fact that you can only name 1 guy kinda proves his "very rare, complete outlier" point, does it not?

Was never an elite QB

So your best case scenario is that he's Geno Smith? That's not a good argument.

Over the past 30 years, there are 2 examples (and neither really fit).
