Always ridiculous how quick a business demands a payment and how fast it hits your account, but a refund..... Oh, heaven forbid, that’s just gonna take forever to process!!!

Sent my form in July 10th and haven't heard a thing. The lack of communication is typical.

Can anyone share any updates on this? I mailed mine in too a couple weeks ago then sent an email asking for conformation. Haven't heard anything since, either.

Submitted mine on July 20th and received my refund to my original form of payment (Credit card) on Friday Aug 14th.
I submitted via email and received a confirmation email from them on the same day, and was later told 4-6 weeks. Mine came in ~3.5 weeks.
customerservice@saints.nfl.com has been very responsive to my emails.

I talked to a rep on the phone. They said they’re processing in the order they receive forms. Saying it takes 4-6 weeks. I sent mine in the mail July 10th. Tough situation for everyone
