I actually don’t find mcvay annoying at all. I like the way he coaches aggressively and always seem very complimentary and respectful after the game. He never loses his shite either like you would think a young guy would tend to do.

I don't hate McVay honestly. I would put him right at the top of the list of coaches to try to get whenever Sean Payton decides to retire. His offense is exciting to watch and he has done an outstanding job developing Jared Goff.
