We picked around the 20s for most of Drew's career. We sure weren't drafting another QB while he was in his prime. Those 3rd and 4th rd drafted QBs were him hoping for a lottery ticket. Nothing more.

Payton gets way too much credit on here. He is one of the top reasons we are in such a shitty way. He will leave Denver screwed too if he stays long enough

He was right, but Mahomes called the Chiefs and told them "if you want me you better get ahead of Payton"
