Warner was 27.

These are the QBs to start their 1st game 29 or older.

This would be relevant if Hill was slated for start right now.

Look at the last two names on the list. That is the company he is with as a 31yr old.

holy shite. JT O' Sullivan. didn't we throw him in the trade of McKenzie? I thought he was going to be an awesome qb when the saints drafted him

Bouman, another saints qb from the past

Garcia like career wouldn't be bad and he has a smoking hot wife

he's playing for the saints so.

He was originally with the packers

Every team just had a shot to make him an offer

He won’t even be the Saint’s QB2. Again.

That's not how it works. You are COMPLETELY ignoring skill level with that list.

Also, Jeff Garcia might be the best comp on the list (not skill wise but career trajectory wise).

But taysom was older when he came into the league and you are being disingenuous

I'm not saying he will fed be the starter but he will compete for the job
If he doesn't get it it's still money well spent
I'm Gunna start calling you Mr. Coachspeak cause you are just so damn good at it lester

Zero relevance and meaning to the discussions. None of that means he could or couldn’t be successful nor will or won’t

And Taysom was QB3 in his 29 season.

And will be for his age 30 season too

He is "qb3" because they value him in his other roles also, so if he is primary backup he can't be Mr. Everywhere.

But back on Garcia, I really don't see how he got 4 pro bowls. His stats were not great by any measure. Those are definitely obtainable by Taysom, especially in our offense.

That is 100% illogical if you believe that he is a good nfl starting caliber QB

Except when you have a first ballot hall of famer as your starter who is still actually playing at an elite level, unlike some other hof qbs who are falling off.

Not to mention how many meeting rooms Taysom has to sit in at once during season playing 7 positions on offense and special teams.

Aye I guess that's a good point. The nfc was pretty terrible at qb for a while there. I mean when Brad Johnson could be considered one of the better ones, that was a bad era.
