Saints sign former Texans & Titans DB Lonnie Johnson

54th overall pick out of Kentucky in 2019
Only played 20% of the defensive snaps with TEN last season. Played over 50% in the three previous seasons with HOU

This might spell the end of PJ Williams in New Orleans. I’d still like to have him back on a vet minimum deal though.

This. Seems like he and the Saints are on the same page with that. He signs a one year deal LATE every offseason it seems like. I’d imagine it will be the same this year.
His versatility is valuable.
