Deadline for 2020 season ticket renewal is this Friday. Can we expect any relief due to the virus or do the saints have everyone over a barrel?

They should really push the deadline back.

I'm dealing with this also. I have 2 tickets that I am attempting to transfer to another Saints fan & they made you send a $250 transfer fee by CHECK only along with the transfer paperwork. No update on my account to date. I am dreading calling the ticket office about this. I have no doubt they will still require the payments by Friday because they want that money in hand.

When did they start this $250 transfer charge? I have never seen that before.

I called today and asked if the deadline would be pushed back. No bueno. Paid my bill because I’m not losing my tickets.

I got two friends tickets in their name last year from the guy who sits behind me and neither one of them had to pay a $250 transfer fee

This year. Just in time for the only year I have ever transferred tickets.

You can still transfer after Friday, just pay the 1/2 deposit and move forward. I’ll have to read the transfer letter again but that doesn't sound right. You may be getting scammed.

I have several tickets and I have more of a problem this year with the virus going on of having the Saints holding my money with a possible delay or cancelation of the season.
They could at least put out some type of pr statement showing that they have some concern.
I am sure that they have business disruption insurance or the government will bail them out.
Many fans don't have the disposable income to "just pay it and move on", especially right now.

Can you still get additional seats? I didn't get that form this year with my renewal packet.

When I called and paid my invoice I was told a refund would be given if the season were cancelled. Can’t shake the feeling I was lied too.

I called my ticket rep Wednesday, explained my situation of my office being closed for possibly a month and he said he pushed my due date back a month and would go further if I needed. Was very nice about it. Just had to actually ask. They weren’t really broadcasting it.

Business disruption insurance does not cover this Lol. Me and many people looked into it. A “communal biological outbreak” is an exclusion in everyone’s business disruption policy. Insurance companies would probably go under if they had to pay out during a time like this.... since it’s literally almost every business

Why am I not surprised?
They don't even cover things that they are suppose to.

Vinny is correct, business interruption policies only kick in when there is property damage. there is no policy for pandemics. which really sucks for small businesses.

your deposit will be credited to your 2021 season ticket purchase... I would expect that.

(504) 731-1700

You’ll likely have to wait for a bit before they get to you.
