Decent job, probably a little generous. When you have the worst roster in the NFL there needs to be several Fs but nobody wants to hear that in July.

Loomis is not the best gm by far but I am convinced Bree’s retirement was spurred by his fricking arm falling off, then Payton left which I think caught them off guard. Do I think they should have kicked the can down the road? No, but they felt there were enough pieces in place to make a run with Jameis, he gets hurt. Then Carr which was just a bad fit. Teams go through rebuilds. It happens. But whining 24/7 about selling the team and trolling the board 24/7 with shite articles is annoying as frick. Loser

Why click on the articles if they annoy you so much? Do you have no discipline? I welcome your downvotes as part of your cathartic exercise.

Hopefully we don’t go 0-17 but it’s definitely a possibility by how things look on paper.

No. It was mentioned earlier we won 5 games last year with a dogshit team and garbage HC. Derek Carr is isn't the only reason we won those games.

To go 0-17 the entire team has to mail it in week 3. Literally quit and just go through the motions. Kellen Moore is not worse than DA. We play 5 teams that are just as bad as we are if not worse. We will win at least one of the 5.

If this team goes 0-17, nothing matters after that. No rebuild, nothing. This team will completely finished. There will be no point in watching them any more.

Worse teams have not gone 0-17 and all of a sudden the Panthers are supposed to be really good? A tear ago Bryce Young was a complete and utter broken bust. How about overreaction and things change real fast.

Yea it’s hilarious. It’s a long stretch to go from “I don’t think the saints will be very good” to “I think 0-17 is a real possibility”.

The saints win total right now is 5.5, tied with the Giants, Jets, and Titans. Panthers and Raiders are a game better at 6.5, Brown worse at 4.5. Saints play 5 games, 3 at home against those teams.

Stop with the 0-17 talk, it’s dumb

Do some of you truly believe that Gayle actually believe she runs these businesses. All she does is say yes Mickey, yes Dennis .She doesn’t know shite, that’s the problem.

The Saints have been pitiful. An abysmal coaching staff, draft and horrible off season moves led to this. The owner has no idea what she is doing. Yet, the fans have to suffer and have an embarrassing team to represent our state.

The Saints should not be a favorite in any game this season based on the information we have right now. We lack impact players and our QB situation looks terrible on paper. We do have a lot of solid players though, so if one of the QBs shows something then that changes things drastically because the cupboard isn’t totally bare.

Again:
- see what you have at QB.
- shed / expire as much dead money as possible
- gear up for a good draft and get your QB (26 should be DEEP)
- if you think you’re good there, then draft a stud WR to build around him.

It’s not hard.

Benson had been a vegetable since the late 2000s so Gayle has effectively been running the team for 17-18 years at this point. You’re a moron.

I wish the interdiction judge thought as you do. This would be rightfully Rita’s team today and we would be much better off than debating daily if we do or don’t have the 32nd roster.

Is Rita still in jail or did you bail her out yet?

When the QB position is the weakness, why would any of the weapons be mentioned if you have major reservations about the guy that needs to get them the ball for them to be effective?

Because I can name about 25 WRs off the top of my head who have all had 1k receiving yards with sub par QBs. Good WRs are still going to get yards even with bad QBs.

The same Rita that went through 40 assistants in her time as the Shiv Roy of the team?

The schedule presents some different challenges. There are solid vet QBs on good teams, there’s shaky vet QBs with better rosters than us, and there are young unproven QBs with better rosters than us

Unlikely to win a game

Mayfield x2
Josh Allen
Purdy
Goff

Steal one, maybe two

Kyler
Russ
Tua
Fields
Darnold

Win 3?

Penix x2
Young x2
Caleb Williams
Drake Maye
Cam Ward

Take your 4-5 wins and hopefully at top 5 pick and call it a day. There’s still too much “talent” to not win a game, especially if we get full health for 4-5 games
