It’s not Jamie. It’s Loomis who brought in a national brand to take over cooking from a local company a few years back. They used to have a great relationship with the players 1 on 1.

Wonder how they grade them because some players only know 1 team's set-up and there aren't many players with experience with more than 3 organizations.

Also, surprised they don't have rankings for team medical staffs.

Strength coach on his way to Denver, so scratch that.

an A for Team travel is 100% because of payton. Early on he laid down the law to ownership regarding level of travel and hotel/resort accommodations. 4 and 5 star only and most places to stay were picked by him personally......so you can scratch that one too.

I say this grade has already dropped and will continue to do so...just like the product we see on the field.

Going to be some bad years ahead.

Yeah I feel like Payton kept us highly rated in these categories with how he ran the organization. I feel like we can stay at least a top half team, but I’m sure there will be some slippage.

Any former LSU athletes know Jamie is great. To this day, best trail mix I've ever had.

Sodexo/ Pigeon catering food not the greatest food to serve your players.

I did some digging in the report.

The Saints are 1 of 3 NFL teams that don't serve dinner to the players. The report called that out as a reason for the low score. I wonder why they don't serve players dinner if most of the other teams do?

The report said the Saints serve breakfast and a late 3 o'clock lunch when they practice at 12.

I found them not serving dinner interesting. I say go ahead and foot the bill and make sure your players (who you invested millions into) have proper sports nutrition available each meal. The nutrition center at LSU pays big dividends. Saints should mirror it.
