its very unsportsmanlike to have a 25 second audible at the line of scrimmage every play for an entire fricking season.

That's how we roll!

This is either:

1) The BEST satire EVER.

2) The worst article EVER.

It's one of the above.

I assume the guy is kidding.

I also think (hope) it was very subtle satire.

Otherwise, we should have been clued in that Saban was a real stinker when he pulled it on the opening kick-off against Auburn.

Absolutely one of the dumbest things I have ever seen. This is ridiculous. Dirty? If the Colts recover it then it is a great play on their part. Awareness is a part of the game. All they had to do was recover it. Morestead did a good fake and the Colts bit. The same way a defense reatcs to a good play-action pass. Is that cheap? If so, we are the dirtiest team in the NFL and Brees is a felon.

He has to be joking.

What would he say if the Colts recovered ? Studied film, knew it could work, pulled the trigger. I think our coach just made a statement that we were here to win the game. Not participate in the festivities.

I guess this guy forgets that the Saints were risking giving a hall of fame quarterback a short field. It's called "pay the frick attention".

Why kick off at all? Why not just start each half with the ball on your own 20 yard line? If it's a given that each team gets to start one half each with the ball, why bother with anything else? What a putz!!!

Agreed. Also was very classless when they went for 2 after the touchdown. Everyone knows there's a gentlemen's rule that you only get 7 points for a touchdown. Payton's cavalier attitude towards tradition deprived Manning of the chance to drive for a TD to make it 24-23 Colts...Tracy Porter had something to do with that too I think.

I'm not a Saints fan(I know, I'm a horrible person ), but that is a total bullshite article. Payton and the Saints simply out schemed the Colts especially on the onside kick. Nothing unfair about it.

This has to just be a lame attempt to gain attention, but it's working. It definitely got me and pages on this board.
