The highest paid positions in the NFL are QB, LT, WR, DE, DT, and CB are the highest paid positions
Saints have drafted WR, LT, DT, and DE with their top picks over the last two drafts.
This is how you fix the cap.

As long as those picks hit, you can start resetting the cap cost and rebuild with youth.
Replacing bad contracts such as Peat, Thomas, TM, MM in the next 3 years will be huge.
