how good are Kellen Moore's leadership skills? Can he command a room? is he a good coaching staff builder?
Well we don’t know the second because he’s never been a HC before. No one knew Campbell would build such a good staff. Sometimes it take some luck.
The first is way more important IMO. No doubt he’s a great play caller and offensive mind. Sometimes that’s not enough. His staff will need to be older, experienced guys, especially the DC. They’re gonna need a hard nosed mfer as DC

Keller Moore will be in town next week

Moore screams like a guy who will be lost in his play sheet on game days and not laser focused on the whole game. Or maybe he could put together a nice staff? Who knows? I won't apologize for being skeptic here.
I remember people saying that same shite about Shanahan. He wasn’t a rah rah, thumping his chest kind of guy like Campbell. I’ll take the upside tbh.
I initially wanted McCarthy but I’m warming to Moore because I think they might give him a longer leash than what we think. I think they give Moore a year to see if he can make it work with Carr. If he can’t, they’ll cut Carr and go get the guy in the draft Moore wants and give him two more years. If he doesn’t make it happen, he’s done.

Carmichael caught a lot of shite for not being the guy who could command a room. He knew how to call plays but when you are the top fricking dog you have to do more than that!
Carmichael was exposed to be an absolute nobody
And it doesn’t matter if you can command a room if your team is a bunch of losers.

If Moore comes then tiny hands Pickett will follow

I wouldn’t know what to think of Moore as head coach. He doesn’t seem like the guy, but hopefully he is and makes us a perennial contender.
Let’s be totally honest here. No one we hire will be unanimously liked on here. Some will like McCarthy if we hire him. Others won’t. And you can say the same for Moore. One thing is for certain, he has a good offensive mind, has had success calling top 10 offenses for 3 different head coaches. Glenn is the complete opposite of Moore. Defensive guy. Only fielded one top 10 D at one place. Playcalling on D was suspect. Had all the other factors but posters bitched and complained about an offensive guy and not a defensive guy. Moore is an offensive guy - well he doesn’t LOOK like a HC…McCarthy is an offensive guy…well he’s so fricking old and only won 1 SB…it goes on and fricking on
I’ll gamble on Moore’s upside. You gotta try and find a good one early, even if it’s a little too early. Give him 4 years and maybe a top 10 pick at QB and let’s see what happens

Les you’re going senile. This shite makes no sense.
But I kind of see your point. It doesn’t matter who the hire if they don’t start drafting well

If we can get under the cap moving on from Carr, I'm all in on pickett's baby hands. Reset the cap next season.

That would actually be a great pairing with Moore. Zimm can command a locker room, had some successful seasons with Minnesota so he’d be able to kind of mold Moore a little bit and give him some authority and help him.
frick I love that idea

You really sound like a fricking a loser.

Pete Carmichael, like Mickey Loomis, was just a leech of the success of Payton & Brees. They are both nobodies.
I think a 9 yr old could understand that

It was two separate points. That’s why I made two paragraphs

That wasn’t two paragraphs
You still didn’t really say whether or not you believed Moore to be = to Carmichael which I don’t find to be the case at all
