I mean god damn what a tough stretch early. Jesus Christ. This is all coming from Nick Underhill by the way. What does everyone think of those first 4? Credit to

We need to find a way to go 2-2

So far, it just seems awful.

Reminding me of 2015

So we get New England on a short week while they play on fricking Thursday

Holy shite.

That is about as bad a first 4 stretch as I could have concocted.

Fine with it as long as we get a lot at home down the stretch which are typically division games

More road games early mean more home games late. We just have to stay healthy.

We usually lose 3 of the first 4 anyway. This could be good. Sets us up for a run down the stretch.

well...we go 0-4 to start the year every year so at least this way it will be warranted.

What really hurts is that NE gets a Thursday game before. They need to cut that shite out.

well this isn't as big of a deal early in the season....not ideal but certainly not a death nail either

It's pretty damn bad. I'm worried about preparation time, not health. Giving Bill an extra 4 days to prepare is absurd.

It makes no logical sense.

Who gives a shite. I much rather play New England in Week 2 than during the middle of the season. Minny, Carolina and Miami shouldn't scare anyone if the Saints are gonna be worth their salt this yr

You'd rather play New England when they have 4 extra days to prepare

We better not play any team coming off a bye with this frick job so far

How are the Patriots gonna have 4 extra days to prepare when the Saints are opening up the season on Monday Night Football? The Patriots open the season on Thursday and will have to wait until Monday night to see what the 2017 Saints are gonna be capable of. Yet the Saints will have access to the Patriots opening game 4 days earlier. Regardless, I think it's irrelevant because it's only gonna be 1 game and you're not gonna get a ton of information from scouting. Which means both teams will go back and watch film from this past season and I hope the Saints are capable of game planning for a couple teams with the offseason being 6-7 months long. Hence why I said it's best to play NE in week 1 or 2.
