Actual facts - Saints have 7th most wins since 2000 and are one of only 13 teams to win a SBowl in that time frame.

For example I could care less about not having an OC immediately. Especially if they are looking at assistants that are still coaching.

Also just because someone did good things in the past doesn’t mean they will continue to be great going forward or that nothing they do can be criticized. Also criticizing someone for some actions is not condemning them for all actions. Criticizing the front office doesn’t mean they should be fired.
