So touching the collar is horse collar, a WR tripping and/or yanking the DB and then pushing them away is dPI, but hitting Kamara early on a pass play is not and running into defensive players is not oPI. Got it refs, thanks.

This team peaked in the middle of the season and have been mediocre ever since. They were lucky to win the division and couldn't even take care of a 4-11 Tampa team when needed.
