You say its ridiculous but do you not agree that AK could be a 3 down back? He has the size and skill to be everything Leveon Bell has become.
Ingram is damn good. But his value could be better used by turning it into a couple of picks to WIN NOW.
I just get the feeling we are going to see Ingram used much less this year. Why not capitalize on his value now?

I'm more of an " if it ain't broke don't fix it kinda guy " . Our running back tandem was best in NFL last year. I think we'd be foolish to toy with that experiment.

Maybe, but he's going into his second season. Let's wait to make sure he doesn't have a sophomore slump first.

I assume anyone that argues that we should trade Ingram is either an LSU fan pretending to be a Saints fan or a casual fan that knows most of their NFL knowledge from playing Madden

Because Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram are the best duo in the league. They complement each other perfectly, where one falls somewhat short the other excels.
Kamara cannot run up the gut efficiently, where Ingram could. Ingram can't take the corner as well as Kamara can. Ingram can block better than Kamara. Kamara can catch better than Ingram.
The best you'd get from Ingram is likely a 3rd rounder, and I'm being VERY generous with that. You're telling me a 3rd rounder is more conductive to "win now" than a 1000/500 yard RB? The hate is strong.
