We’re ranked last again, never seen anything like this.

The top-10 draft selection of Kelvin Banks Jr. basically serves as a chance to right two previous first-round wrongs the Saints made along their offensive line with Trevor Penning and Taliese Fuaga. Banks isn't guaranteed to help up at left tackle, either. Some had him projected as a guard.

Oh no, Brent Sobleski’s June 29th rankings have us last. Go outside.

had Carolina ranked #25.

Atlanta at #12

had The Bucs at #3

he can frick right off with that

Bucs at #3 good one!

but check out what he said about the Broncos with board favorite Sean Payton coaching them.

quote:

Basically, the Broncos offseason centered on one principle: Head coach Sean Payton knows what he's doing. His track record certainly speaks for itself. Even so, Denver's lineup doesn't look all that dangerous when compared to others around the league.

Peak Drew Brees, Marques Colston and Jimmy Graham aren't walking through that door.

that is lazy writing.

He is promising but he’s not Willie Roaf. Fuaga gave up 6 sacks and 40 pressures. By Saints standards it’s an all Pro pick, but if Fuaga was already elite he wouldn’t be moving back to RT.

Fuaga did have a good game against Myles Garrett. That was also following the Browns open week.

I don't too much stock into PFF's grades because they don't breakdown what they are grading. They just give you a grade and then that's it. Nothing else to offer.

Tackle was the only position where there was stability as far as games played. The inside was in transition a good bit. I didn't see anyone hating on him out to dry after those first two games.

I'd go by coaching evaluations because it's their job. Whoever does these grades for PFF or whoever, do they even put their name on it? Not that it would really change things. Just feels like a marketing sucker advertisement scheme to make "fans" more educated.

And that's 1,000 % bullshite

The same held true for the article OP posted about the D-line. BUT, with as much shite as OP gets, he is at least bringing new content to the board and keeping things active.

You realize the Bucs had the #3 offense in the NFL last season, right?

Bucs were pretty great last yr and that was with Godwin missing 10 games and Evans missing 4.

Adding Emeka Egbuka and Tez Johnson to an already elite WR room should definitely have them near the top.

Tampa has dominated the South winning it 4 years in a row with a Super Bowl. There is no parity with the Saints recently; in fact the Bucs have the best NFL history in the South with 2 Lombardis.

Fuaga was pretty good at LT last year. Very good run blocker and above-average pass blocker. RT is a much better fit for his skillset. He also had a revolving door next to him at LG almost the whole year.

To call it a bad pick is crazy though. He has elite potential as a RT.
