You are an absolute idiot. It's embarrassing that a guy who just lead the entire NFL in passing yards last season makes the money he makes? Past his prime? Go look up Brees stats, completions, yards, and TDs over the past 4 seasons or so in comparison to the rest of the league. He is among top 2 in completion percentage and yards over that span. He is probably around top 5 in TDs. He has also played through injury, at an incredibly high level.. and only missed 1 game.. that is as durable as it gets. At least he has earned his pay. I still think it's pathetic Saints fans continue to bitch about Brees and his pay.
Cannot state it enough just how blessed the Saints are to have such consistent QB play at this kind of level.. No matter how shitty they are, he at least makes them competitive. Saints have had a ton of bad drafting and free agency decisions. So without Brees and them continuing to make such terrible decisions.. just how bad would the Saints be?
