Certainly. But with a higher salary comes higher expectations right

True. I like PT the way he plays now. He seems to have put it all together. Perhaps learn to pick up blocks a little better but not much more room to improve. Start 14 games and I'm good.

Pierre Thomas-RB- Saints May. 11 - 9:17 am et
FOX 8 New Orleans reports that the Saints will make a long-term contract offer to unsigned restricted free agent Pierre Thomas "as early as tomorrow."
Based on the modest second-round tender they gave him in February, the Saints' offer isn't going to make Thomas one of the NFL's highest paid running backs. Something in the Derrick Ward range (four years, $17M) is probably more realistic. Still, a commitment to Thomas would be a good sign for his fantasy value. He's too often seemed in danger of being replaced.

I just looked up "extrapolate" here goes.I think the guy is a good complimentary back in our system.I love what the guy brings to the table..........but he won't sniff a pro-bowl in his career here.He needs to be paid like "good complimentary back"not like the real hosses in the league.JMHO
