Falcons need to drop the gay early 2000 look they have going on their sleeves. The red jersey is an improvement on their typical look

the helmet shell rule was put in place in 2013... so quietly that the Bucs were planning on wearing their infamous creamsicles unis (with white helmet compared to normal silver/pewter) and all of a sudden had to cancel it
pretty sure all those pics you posted were all prior to 2013
ETA: yes... all of those pics are pre-2013
Eagles blue & yellows were worn in 2007
last time I can find the Steelers wearing the yellow helmets was 2010
the Packers wore the brown helmet in 2010... but when they've busted out those throwbacks since the new rule's been in place... they've worn the typical yellow helmets just without the decal stickers

incorrect... the Packers and Rams didn't play each other in 2016
According to these NFL.com game highlights, the Packers wore their regular uniforms against STL in 2015
ETA: I tracked it down.
That pic is from the 2011 Rams/Packers game

It is. I heard on NFLN one morning that the teams are wanting to wear alternates and they were going to try to change that rule soon. It's a dumb rule to have in place since many players have to get new helmets throughout the season anyway.
